I'm in the process of making CDs, LPs, T-Shirts, Posters, Buttons for TIMC and the Cut Loose release. Opening for Melt Banana next week at the Bottleneck and then leaving for Europe. Branca in Rome got cancelled so I have a few extra days to bum around. After I get home from Europe I'll visit the East Coast, West Coast, play an in-store at Love Garden and tag along with Coalesce for three of their dates in the Midwest. After that I'll take a break and chill out. The Midwest Sonic Bivouac DVD is nearly complete as well as a new batch of TIMC DVDs The full-length is all finished, mixed, etc... "Cut Loose". Should be out in some form within a month or so! Starting to plan 5-day tours on the East Coast and West Coast this summer as well as maybe a trip overseas or two to play in the Branca Symphony again. phew! My Way My Love didn't show due to problems getting into the country. A band from Plattsburgh played and were awesome. I had talked to two of the fellas in that band at the MOMO gallery earlier. Good stuff, good folk. (upside down cross) were amazingly beautiful. Anxiety Attack ruled. Great show. Saturday - 3/18/06 - Sleeper Cellar - Kansas City, MO - Snuff Jazz, The Sperm, Spunky Toofers (Chicago and other places), TIMC. A trully wonderful night of jazz, noise and rock. Perfect! Thursday - 3/16/06 - Replay Lounge - Lawrence, KS - Archons, TIMC, Whiskey Boots, (plus secret guest star?). Each band features a member of Black Calvin. Cantus Firmus will assist you in your pursuit of the stratosphere by means of the free-est of free and uplifting improvisations. Monday - 11/28/05 - Record Bar - Kansas City - MO - TIMC, Ssion and Hella! Friday - 11/25/05 - Jackpot Saloon - Earlyman and This Is My Condition. Very sweet show. Earlyman ruled. Was great to see some friends I didn't expect at this show. Saturday - 11/12/05 - 8th Street Tap Room - Lawrence - KS - TIMC plays in the middle of Second Saturdays with DJ Hasselhoff and several others. TIMC got to trade licks w/ Stravinsky's Rite of Spring courtesy of the DJ. Completely unexpected; very fun. Saturday - 11/05/05 - Jackpot Saloon - The Blue Leaves (I play bass for this beautiful original rock band) will open for The Oranges Band. We will be screening two recently completed underground zombie movies between bands. One movie from Atlanta and one from Lawrence.
